Report of the Trip:
The meeting point near to the highway was the
same as in the last year (Esso Gasoline station).
We drove from "Amstetten" over the Danube bridge to
"Grein", along the Danube after "ST. Nikola" the first mountain up to
"Waldhausen", along the lake toward
„Angermühle“.“
From there it continued to go on the street,
which was last year a special stage of the "Leiben-Rally", the next
mountain up to the "Endlasmühle " and forward in direction to „Marchstein“.“
Starting from "Marchstein"
before the last upward gradient after "Bärnkopf" still individual snow
remainders were to be seen beginning at the roadside, this due to the
height situation of approx.. 1000 meters over the sea level.
Arrived at "Bärnkopf" we drove in direction
"Pfaffenstegteich" to the leisure center where already some of the Rally-,
and Autocross race-cars were issued.
Despite wonderful sunshine it
was not particularly warm, so that the participants of the drive-out
relatively rapidly went into the center, while further Rallycross teams
arrivied.
The furthest distant participants of this
drive-outt were naturally in the evening first those leave the festival,
almost all other participants leave the festival at approx.. 22:00 up, I
left the festival approx. 00:30.
According to the statement of
Juergen the organizer of the festival was the party up to the morning-grey.
