The icerace 2006 was
organized for the first time by us.
The idea of an icerace is to be owed to one the
co-organizers, which was expressed for the first time at late hour in one
of the S2/RS2 of meetings.
For a long time the idea
before itself was moved over, until the day where a constant participant
of the S2/RS2 meeting took this matter into his hand
A undeveloped real estate was
found quick, the negotiations with the owner was rapidly locked
and the contract was signed.
The planning of the Events had
in the meantime relatively far progressed, when before the authority
hearing the original association that should function briefly as
organizers got "cold feets" and jumped off.
Therefore an
association had to become as an organizer in a fast way, so that the
authority hearing could be accomplished for the permission of the icerace.
The hearing and the notification (answer) from the authority was
rapidly accomplished on short way.
